Built for people constantly on the move, the AER Pocket Air Freshener is designed to elevate everyday moments—whether it’s refreshing a rental car or resetting a hotel room after a long travel day—making Austin's SXSW the perfect stage to bring the product to life.
Our objective here was simple: get AER into the hands of attendees in a way that felt natural, and engaging. We deployed a locally savvy team of brand ambassadors across high-traffic corridors throughout Austin, Texas, equipping them with the product knowledge and positioning needed to spark real conversations with festival-goers.
Over a concentrated three-day push, the team generated thousands of positive, in-the-moment interactions, ultimately distributing more than 22,000 samples—delivering a burst of freshness (and a memorable brand moment) right where it mattered most.
